ONE Customer,

We would like to inform you that due to the Carnival holiday, ONE Brazil will not provide service on March 3rd and 4th, 2025 via ONE Chat, email, or phone, nor at the Front Offices in Santos and Manaus.

Services via ONE Chat, email, and phone will resume on March 5th from 1:30 PM, while the Front Offices in Santos and Manaus will reopen at 2:00 PM.
