Disclaimer: Scammers attempt to commit fraud using ONE's name

ONE customers and partners, 

Our teams have become aware of scam attempts being made in the name of ONE (Ocean Network Express)  via non official ONE channels requesting payments to suspicious bank accounts. 

We would like to warn you that this is not an action taken by Ocean Network Express nor any of its employees.

In order to help you to protect your private information, we share some important steps with you:

  • Do not make bank transactions to suspicious accounts 

  • Do not provide personal and/or financial information via messages

  • If you have any doubts about the authenticity of any communication made on behalf of ONE, please contact your Sales Representative or access our channels for verification

 

Please note:

  • ONE never requests payments via message / via instant messaging apps

  • ONE does not have bank accounts in the name of individuals

  • ONE's official emails always contain the domain @one-line.com 

  • ONE's official communication channels are: ONE eCommerce, ONE Chat (available on our website https://www.one-line.com) or ONE ePayment (when available)

 

Please remember to report and block suspicious contacts.
