ENHANCEMENTS TO ONE BRAZIL’S ‘EMPTY EQUIPMENT RELEASE PORTAL’

We are pleased to share with you a recent improvement made to our Empty Equipment Pick-up Portal. The new functionalities were designed to improve even more your experience:

• Waiting List: When a type of equipment is unavailable, the system will offer the option to place the request on a waiting list, and the user will be notified as soon as the equipment is available for pickup.
• Enhanced "ETA Overdue" Message: The "ETA overdue" message now includes information regarding the estimated release date, providing clearer context for your operations

These updates aim to make your daily tasks more efficient and intuitive. In addition, we have implemented several internal improvements to the portal for a better user experience.
