Important Notice: VGM Declaration and Associated Costs

ONE Customer,

We would like to reinforce the importance of declaring the correct weight of your cargo and container (VGM), as established by the SOLAS standard. This practice is essential to ensure that the reported weights  match those actually transported, contributing to the safety and efficiency of the entire logistics process.

Please note that the shipper is responsible for sending the VGM and Shipping Instructions (DRAFT BL) information within the deadline. If the VGM is not sent within the established deadline, the shipment may be suspended and any additional costs incurred will be under the shipper’s responsibility.

After the deadline, adjustments or submission of incorrect information will be subject to the VGM Discrepancy - GMM fee - per unit, as detailed on our “Local Surcharges” website. You can access the updated rates at the link below:
