ONE Customer,

We would like to inform you that due to severe congestion at the Port of Cartagena, Colombia (CTG), the EC2 service will omit the port on its eastbound rotation. This measure has been taken to ensure the recovery of our schedule.

The omission of the Port of Cartagena will impact shipments on ONE services in South America, the Caribbean, and Central America destined for the US East Coast, resulting in the immediate temporary suspension of the following services and origins:
