#16 UPDATE FINAL - MANAUS DRY SEASON (CX1) RETURN TO THE PORT OF MANAUS AND DRY SEASON MONITORING COMPLETED

ONE Customer,

According to the 53rd Hydrological Alert Bulletin for the Amazon Basin, the Rio Negro in Manaus continues to recover, with average daily rises of 15 cm. On December 27, 2024, the river level reached 17.54 m.

With this recovery we would like to confirm that, starting with the GSL Mercer with ETA Manzanillo, Panama on December 27, 2024, we will resume weekly and direct calls in Manaus by our CX1 service. This transition marks the end of our temporary operations in the port of Itacoatiara during the drought season.

We would like to express our deep gratitude for the trust and understanding of our customers during this challenging scenario. Thanks to our operational solutions and the commitment of our team, we were able to keep our services active and minimize the impacts of the drought, ensuring the safe delivery of cargo.
