We would like to inform you that due to the Carnival holiday, ONE Brazil will not provide service on February 16th and 17th, 2026 via ONE Chat, email, or phone, nor at the Front Offices in Santos and Manaus.
Services via ONE Chat, email, and phone will resume on February 18th from 1:30 PM, while the Front Offices in Santos and Manaus will reopen at 2:00 PM.
