CHANGE OF DAILY SCHEDULE QUERY Information now available via ONE eCommerce

ONE Customer,

We would like to inform you that as of January 16, 2025, the publication of the Daily Schedule (Export Deadlines) in its current format will be discontinued. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience by offering more agile information.

New Consultation (now available)

The new consultation tool is now available in our ONE eCommerce, giving you more flexibility and precision in planning your operations. In addition, the query can be downloaded in PDF and Excel formats, making it easier to view and store the information. Please note, however, that the information must be checked daily to ensure its validity.

How to Make an Inquiry on ONE eCommerce

Users without login: 

  • Access the menu Schedule
  • Select Point to Point
  • Search by List or Calendar
  • Search options are also available for Vessel or Port

Important definitions:

  • Port Cut Off: Deadline for cargo delivery.
  • Doc Cut Off: Deadline for sending the regular Shipping Instruction (SI).
  • VGM Cut Off: Deadline for declaration of Verified Gross Mass (VGM).

Watch out for Deadlines:

  • Do not use the deadline displayed on the booking consultation screen as a final reference, as it is subject to change.
  • DEADLINE Shipping Instruction Carga IMO – It should always be considered 24 working hours before the official deadline.
