We would like to emphasize that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) code entered in the DRAFT for B/L processing is the same as that entered in the transport contract at the time of negotiation.

We reiterate that the correct provision of this information in DRAFT, in accordance with the contract, is essential. ONE reserves the right to refuse to ship the cargo or to DRAFT the B/L if the NCM code does not match, due to security issues and operational risks. In such cases, all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
