New Feature for Cargo Claims on the ONE Brasil Website
ONE Customer,
Starting today, October 28th, the process for submitting cargo damage claims has been simplified with a new feature on the ONE Brasil website, replacing the protest letter.
You can now submit requests directly through the new Cargo Claim Form (Damages and Shortages), making it easier to contact the responsible team, speeding up responses, and providing greater transparency for each case.
HOW TO ACCESS
Click here or go to the ONE Brasil website, select the Brazil menu, and look for the Cargo Damage Claim Form (Damages and Shortages).
Please note that cargo claims should be sent to the port of discharge or delivery location.
