Notice of Surcharge Update - Brazil Local Surcharge Effective April 2026

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your  needs. In order to continuously provide a reliable service, ONE will update below Brazil surcharges. The new  level will be applicable across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice. 

Applicable Charge:

Effective Date: 

• Non-FMC regulated trades Apr 1st, 2026 
• FMC regulated trades*, Canada Apr 1st, 2026
  (*United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii) 

*For trades governed by the U.S. Shipping Act, the China Maritime Regulations, or other applicable regulatory regimes,  quotations or surcharges that differ from the ONE tariff may only apply if they are formally included in a service contract  or a service contract amendment that has been filed with the relevant regulatory authority (such as the FMC, SSE, or  other applicable bodies). Otherwise, applicable charges will be determined in accordance with the ONE tariff.
