UPDATE#5 - NOTICE OF LOW WATER SURCHARGE (LWS) UPDATE

ONE Customer,

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs. In order to continuously provide a reliable service, ONE will implement a Low Water Surcharge (LWS).

The LWS will be applicable to/from Brazil (Manaus and Porto Velho Ports) due to the actual drought situation which is reducing the water level in the Amazon River. The temporary surcharge will be applied across all trade lanes and services and will be valid until further notice.

Effective Date: 

• Non-FMC regulated trades: Sep 01st, 2025
• FMC regulated trades*, Canada: Sep 01st, 2025
