NOTICE OF SURCHARGE UPDATE | Cancellation Fee - Effective Date Jul 01st 2025

ONE Customer, 

Please kindly be advised that changes have been made to the following ONE surcharge. The new levels are applicable to all shipments loaded at Latin America ports across all trade lanes and services if a booking cancelation occurs 10 days Before Vessel ETD (ETD refers to the Estimated Time of Departure of the vessel at the time of booking cancellation) and are valid as from 01st July 2025 until further notice.

Effective Date:

  • Non-FMC regulated trades: July 1st, 2025
  • FMC regulated trades* (*United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii), Canada: July 1st, 2025

Application Logic: 10 days before the vessel’s scheduled estimated time of departure (“ETD”) at the time of booking cancellation

Application Criteria:

  • Customer Request: Bookings canceled as per customer's request
  • No Show (even if there is no cancellation request, but no equipment linked to the booking / No SI submitted, it will be considered as canceled by the customer)
  • Booking replacement/reduction: In case of any reductions to the original booking, a cancellation fee will be applied. It is applicable for booking split (if there are any reductions to the original booking).
  • Vessel delay: Subject to charge
  • Lack of Equipment: N/A
  • Omission: N/A
