We would like to inform you that, as of this year, Black Awareness Day will officially be recognized as a national holiday, as established by Law n°. 14,759/2023, recently sanctioned. Please note that there will be no regular service on November 15th (Proclamation of the Republic) and November 20th (Black Awareness Day). Services will be suspended for ONE Brazil on these days, including ONEChat, email, phone support and Front Office at the Santos and Manaus branches.
