Venezuela Updates 3

ONE Customer,

Following our previous updates regarding the situation in Venezuela, Ocean Network Express (ONE) has been continuously monitoring infrastructure conditions and local port authorizations alongside our regional teams.

Current Operational Status & Contingency Actions:

  • Import Bookings: ONE is accepting new import bookings to Venezuela.
  • Export Bookings: Bookings departing from Venezuela continue to be accepted.
  • Port Operations: Commercial operations at the Port of La Guaira remain suspended until further notice. Cargo originally bound for La Guaira that was discharged at Puerto Cabello constitutes full performance of our obligations under the Contract of Carriage, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bill of Lading.
