Update #6 - Manaus Dry Season Update and Impact on ONE Operations

ONE Customer,

We would like to keep you informed about the hydrological situation in the Manaus region and its potential impacts on our operations.

ONE is closely monitoring the conditions of the rivers in the Amazon Basin. According to the latest SGB hydrological bulletin (32st edition), the water level of the Rio Negro in Manaus has significantly decreased in recent weeks, falling below the expected volume compared to the same period last year. However, we would like to emphasize that ONE's Caribbean Service 1 (CX1), which serves Manaus and Vila do Conde, continues to operate normally to meet your shipping needs.

Below, you can view the updated graph of the Rio Negro in Manaus:

To ensure the best experience and transparency in our services, we have developed a dedicated page on the ONE Brasil website with updated information on the dry situation in Manaus. There, you will find relevant data, such as service availability and details on our contingency plan, which will be updated shortly. Click here to explore and subscribe to receive updates.

We are at your disposal to provide any necessary assistance during this period. As ONE, we continue working to offer the best solutions and services.

Thank you for shipping with ONE.
