Notice of Surcharge Update | LOW WATER SURCHARGE (LWS) applicable to/from Brazil (BRPTV and BRMAO)

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to serve your needs. Please kindly be advised that changes have been made to the following ONE surcharges. 

Following the latest updates regarding the situation on the Amazon River, we regret to inform you the navigation conditions have become increasingly difficult and making the situation more challenging. As a result, ONE will be adjusting the LWS tariff as outlined below.

The new adjustment will be applicable To / From the Brazilian ports of Porto Velho (BRPTV) and Manaus (BRMAO), and across all trade lanes and services will be valid till further notice.

APPLICABLE SURCHARGE

LOW WATER SURCHARGE (LWS): USD 4,400 per box

Non-FMC regulated trades: from October 21st, 2024

 FMC regulated trades*, Canada: from November 03rd, 2024
(*United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii)
