ONE Brazil releases news for requests and confirmations of booking split

 

Dear Valued ONE Customer,

 

As of March 14, 2022, ONE Brazil will no longer make substitutions (deductions and/or adjustments between different bookings) in previously confirmed bookings.

The divisions of lots at booking time can be made directly by ONE Brasil's Live Chat, via exclusive topic.

Other necessary corrections made after the booking split is confirmed by an ONE agent must be requested via e-Commerce. Applications will be analyzed within the criteria previously established by Ocean Network Express.

Important reminder: It is also possible to request a booking split when sending the Shipping Instruction (SI). Via SI, the only booking change allowed is the division of the lot. Information for split at SI time is available in the Shipping Instruction Manual (only portuguese).
