We would like to inform you about the current hydrological situation in Manaus, which remains critical. According to the 40th bulletin from the Brazilian Geological Service (SGB), the Rio Negro has reached a level of 12.69 meters, surpassing the historical drought of 2023. Despite the rising water levels at the headwaters of the Rio Negro and Solimões, the effects are only expected to be felt in Manaus from the third week of October.

Despite the situation, ONE's operations continue to be active via the port of Itacoatiara, ensuring your cargo is being transported.

On the page, you can also access our tracking system to check which barge is transporting your container before its arrival at the port of Manaus. If the message "Barge Not Defined" appears, it means we have not yet received confirmation from the terminal or that the container has not been loaded onto a barge yet.
