Update #8 - MSC HERMES 434S/N OMISSION OF PORTS MANZANILLO (PA) AND MANAUS (BR)

ONE Customer,

Due to recent congestion and delays, we are informing you that the vessel MSC Hermes 434S/N will omit the ports of Manzanillo, PA, and Manaus, BR. 

We want to keep you informed about the actions ONE is taking to ensure the continuity of our services, despite the hydrological challenges in the Manaus region. Our emergency plan will be updated in the coming days and is available on the Manaus Dry Season web page. 

We appreciate everyone's understanding and reiterate that we are taking all necessary measures to minimize operational impacts. 

Current Hydrological Situation: 

According to the 35th SGB bulletin, the Negro River continues in a sharp recession in Manaus, presenting daily variations of up to 24 cm, currently 2.60 m below the level considered normal for this time of year. The Amazon River basin is also facing significant lows in Itacoatiara and Parintins.
