ONE BRASIL - UPDATE TO MEMORANDUM TEMPLATE (SANTOS AND MANAUS)

In our ongoing effort to optimize and standardize our processes, please be advised that a new official memorandum template for ONE Santos and ONE Manaus branches will come into effect on March 9th, 2026. To ensure the agility of your requests, please note that the use of this new format will be mandatory.

The document is already available for download on the ONE Brazil website, in both Portuguese and English versions, and can also be accessed via the ePayment platform in the document download section.

We would like to emphasize that this template is exclusive to the Santos and Manaus units; therefore, Unimar agents should continue to use their own specific models. Please be aware that as of the aforementioned date, the old template will be discontinued and will no longer be accepted. Should a document be submitted in the previous format, it will need to be resubmitted, which may impact the processing time of your operation.
