To ONE Office in Santos and Wilson Sons Agencies: Dear Customer, We inform you that due to the national holiday of September 7, Brazil's Independence Day and, the Santos municipal holiday on September 8, patroness our Lady's Mount Serrat day, the ONE office in Santos, as well as Wilson Sons Agencies, will be closed.

This is to inform you that MV ONE Contribution 047E/W, currently deployed in our
Pacific South Loop 3 – PS3 service, reported a few of the ship crew were tested
positive for COVID-19 prior to her berthing in Singapore.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated August 13, 2021 the discharge operations for the cargo and containers onboard the vessel was completed at Oakland. As advised, discharged containers can only be released at destination after the General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General Average Adjuster.
