Due to recent congestion and delays, we are informing you that the vessel MSC Hermes 434S/N will omit the ports of Manzanillo, PA, and Manaus.

This 3rd advisory informs you about the upcoming implementation of the European Union's Import Control System 2 (ICS2).  ICS2 requires advanced cargo information to be submitted electronically before goods enter the EU (including Norway, Northern Ireland, and Switzerland).
