We would like to keep you informed about the actions ONE is taking to ensure the continuity of our services despite the hydrological challenges in the Manaus region.

We would like to inform you that Ocean Network Express (ONE) websites will undergo updates on August 24th and 25th. This upgrade aims to enhance your experience and provide even more comprehensive features. During the maintenance period, all users may experience limitations when accessing our services.

​​We are pleased to announce the new BT2 and it is the enhanced coverage in Eastern Black Sea market to provide direct service from Istanbul, Turkey to Poti, Geogia and alternative option for Constanza, Romania in additional to current Black Sea Service (BTS).

​​We are pleased to announce the revamp of our SBX (Scandinavia Baltic Express) , which will
offer customers an enhanced coverage in Europe (first time ONE in house feeder to Gavle, and
first time operated feeder to Rauma. Also double calling on Gydnia for transit time
optimization) to connect with our global network. We will offer a ​seamless service to serve
these areas starting from 20-Oct(ETA Antwerp).

ONE is committed to providing you with the highest quality services. In line with this commitment, we will be revising the Ocean Freight Rates for the exports in dry and reefer containers on the LUX - Latin East Coast Europe Express - Service from East Coast South America to Northern Europe, Mediterranean, effective from September 15, 2024, until further notice.

Please kindly be advised that changes have been made to the following ONE surcharge. The new level will be applicable from / to Brazil across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice

Kindly be informed that an alternate rotation will be implemented between Navegantes and Paranagua/Brazil, as well as Veracruz and Altamira/México, on the Atlantic North - South Gulf Express service.

We would like to keep you informed about the hydrological situation in the Manaus region and its potential impacts on our operations.

We inform you that, effective August 15th (ETD of the first loading port), all freight and surcharges for export and import shipments to and from Bolivia will only be accepted with payment outside of Bolivia until further notice.
