AL5: MOL Emissary 044W as of 5th January

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 31, 2021, MOL Emissary is in Los
Angeles for inspection and necessary repairs, after experiencing rudder issue.

The vessel is currently expected to berth at Yusen Container Terminal (YTI) in Los
Angeles for cargo discharging operations on or around January 6, 2022, subject to
change. Subsequently, the vessel is to proceed for necessary repairs before departing
Los Angeles and continue with her voyage.

Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach Container Excess Dwell Fee - UPDATE

As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until January 10th, 2022.

AL5: MOL Emissary 044W as of 31st December

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 23, 2021, MOL Emissary has safely arrived lay-by berth for further inspection and necessary repairs.

We are currently waiting for the vessel owner's assessment of the repair requirements, preparation and plan and more information will be provided later as it becomes available.

Cargo discharging plan is not available yet as it is dependent on the repair plan.

All cargoes including reefer units onboard are working and are being monitored regularly.

EC5: MOL Charisma 217E as of 28th December

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 23, 2021, MOL Charisma has safely arrived Singapore for inspection and necessary repairs.

We are waiting for the vessel owner’s assessment of the vessel condition to assess the extent of the damage and in close communication with all the parties involved.

This is the interim report of the progress and more information will be provided as it becomes available. We will update her schedule when more information is available.

Angeles. All reefer units onboard are working and are being monitored regularly.

for the vessel’s intended phase in into East Coast 5 (EC5) Service.
